A registration application consists of a completed:

• Registration Form  
• Liability Waiver & Skiers Code (inc in reg. form)  
• Medical Authorization and Injury Waiver (inc. in reg. form)
• Mandatory Parent Work Assignment Form (inc. in reg. form; position descriptions inc.)
• Check payable to Nashoba Valley Ski Club*
• An application that is lacking any of the above materials or required elements will be deemed incomplete and returned.

In order to fairly and efficiently evaluate the registration applications, the following rules have been developed:

1. All registration forms must be mailed via the postal service – no hand delivered registrations will be accepted (they will be returned, unopened)
2. No registration application can be postmarked before October 13th (they will be returned, unopened)
3. Membership priority will be given to returning racers and their siblings for all applications postmarked between October 13th and November 13th. If the roster becomes full, a lottery will be held among the new applications that have arrived in this time window.
4. All of the forms need to be complete in order to accept your registration. Incomplete applications will be returned.
5. Registration will close for all racers on November 13th.
